Less than one week before formally debuting Apple's (Nasdaq: AAPL - News) new iPhone at the company's Worldwide Developers Conference, Steve Jobs opened up about apps, the future of media and what to expect from the iPad, iPhone and other Apple devices during the 8th Annual All Things Digital Conference.
"I'll tell you a secret," said Jobs during a Q&A session with D8 hosts Kara Swisher and Walt Mossberg. "It began with the tablet."
So the iPhone, arguably the most significant technological device of the 21st Century, was actually an afterthought that came into being while Apple was drawing up plans for the iPad.
"My God, I said, this would make a great phone," Jobs recalled. "So we shelved the tablet and built the iPhone."

While D8 marks the first of two occasions when Steve Jobs will speak publicly this week, it is not every day when the founder and CEO of the world's most valuable technology company shares his thoughts with a worldwide audience.

2010 FIFA World Cup- 9 Days to Go.
England won nine of their 10 matches in qualifying to progress to the 2010 FIFA World Cup South Africa™ in some style, with Wayne Rooney scoring nine goals in the process.
Fabio Capello picked up the pieces following Steve McClaren's ill-fated spell in charge that had seen England miss out on a place at UEFA EURO 2008. The Italian suffered no such problems, though, and England head into South Africa 2010 with confidence high following a successful qualification campaign which saw them top Group 6.
Their only defeat - a 1-0 loss against Ukraine - came in the penultimate group game. In total, England scored 34 goals in their 10 qualifiers and conceded just six.

Well there's no denying it - No matter how new or how well maintained our computers are, we all encounter computer problems sooner or later. The good news is that we don't have to face them alone. Help files are designed not only to guide the usage of a computer, they're also designed to solve problems. Inside a help file, look for a section called, "Troubleshooting" (or something similar) when you need to resolve an issue. This section is reserved for solving problems specific to the software or hardware that you're using.
2. Product websites. If you're having a problem with a piece of software or with a hardware part, try the website of that software's or hardware's manufacturer.
